Banishment Policy

Where necessary a player sometimes must be banned from medieval chaos. Bans are not undertaken lightly, each one is reviewed and decided upon by the directors of the game with input from game ownership. Bans are permanent, without appeal and extend to all on field as well as all off field events and communities managed officially by the game.

Bans may be enacted for violation of the codes of conduct for the game, for player safety, or where the directors or owners deem it necessary for the game to provide an inclusive and safe environment.

In the interest of player privacy, and in the interest of safety for involved volunteers:
-all bans will be the result of an investigation by the directors of the game.
– the details of a ban will not be shared by any medieval chaos volunteer with anyone at any time other than as necessary to complete investigations.
-new directors and volunteers will not be given details of prior investigations or bans.
-when a player is banned they will be notified directly, details will not be shared regarding the why.
-a list of banned players is made available to the volunteers.

If you have any questions or wish to reach out you can reach us at our director emails or through the website.

Sincerely
Nathaniel Doherty, Production Director
